Dissertation Research

I am currently studying inflammation control mechanisms across different scales of gene regulation. My work leverages temporally resolved phosphoproteomic, chromatin, and transcriptomic data in an immune signaling context. We apply machine learning and network techniques to learn regulatory features of gene expression within and across different biological scales involved in signaling responses. We hope to leverage insights from our analysis to understand dysregulated inflammatory settings that underlie many different disease states.
